Open Play Reservations and FAQ

One-time Open Play Admission: $14 (+tax) per child ages 1-12Admission is for one open play session.
Admits 1 child and allows up to 2 adults for free.Children younger than 1 and older than 12 can be admitted on a sibling's pass for free.If you are visiting with additional adults, there is a +1 Adult fee of $5

  • How can I make a reservation?

     You can select the date and time you wish to come and you will be directed to checkout through a secondary app called You will be asked to create a login to sign up that will be saved for future use.   Please make sure you reserve a spot for EVERY CHILD BETWEEN THE AGES OF 1-12 who is in your family. YOU WILL NEED TO ENTER THE NAME, BIRTH DATE, AND GENDER OF EACH CHILD IN ORDER TO RESERVE THEIR SPOT.

  • Do I have to have a reservation in order to play?

    No. You do not have to have a reservation. However, due to the limited number of guests allowed in at one time, we encourage you to make a reservation in order to guarantee your spot. You are more than welcome to call us beforehand or simply drop in anytime to see if there is space for you to play!

  • If I already have a membership, do I need to make a reservation?

    No, reservations are encouraged to ensure your spot, however, walk in anytime! You do not need to pay for an individual ticket as that is already included in the cost of your pass! Please look at the calendar below and then email us at moc.liamg%40ffatsmuesumesuohyalpeht to reserve your date and time, or reach out to get your member code!

  • Do my kids and I need to wear a mask?

    We follow state guidelines, see NC state guidelines. We encourage following the CDC guidelines for masks.

  • What health precautions are you taking?

    We have established more strict cleaning and sanitizing measures on top of our regular procedures to ensure that all toys and surfaces get disinfected and cleaned throughout the day! 

  • Is food allowed?

    Due to allergy concerns, we do not allow outside food to be brought into The Playhouse. For liquids, please bring them in a cup with a closed lid. 

  • Do I need to sign a form in order to bring my kids?

    Yes! Please fill out the permission waiver on our "Forms" page before you come to make that first playtime smooth and simple! You can also fill this out on your first visit.
