Reservations are now open for our Santa event! Santa Claus is coming to [Piney] Town 🌲🎅🏼
This is our most requested event! Tickets will sell out for popular dates/times. Skip the line and spend up to five minutes with Santa, enjoy complementary cocoa and a craft all while playing in our fully decorated winter wonderland ❄️
Tickets: $42+tax per child (Siblings under 12 months can be admitted on an older siblings ticket).Please note: We will not have a professional photographer this year, and pricing has been adjusted accordingly. Families are welcome to take unlimited photos on their own devices, use our tripod, or ask a Piney Town team member to help take a family photo!
Our Baby Santa Event will be on December 16th! This event is specially designed for children 2 years and under, is filling quickly—and once this session sell out, they’re gone for the season! Click here to grab your ticket!

  • Each reservation time slot will allow 18 families to be let in at a time. This is to ensure that each family gets plenty of personal time with Santa!

  • Each family will get 5 minutes of one on one time with Santa! You will be given a number as soon as you arrive and the staff will be making sure that the families are aware when their time is coming up. Don't worry, your kids don't have to wait in line! They get 90 minutes of play time at Piney Town included with their Santa visit! They are free to play before and after their turn with Santa!

  • Tickets are per child, not per family. Please be sure to purchase one ticket for every child you are bringing. Accompanying adults are free with the purchase of a ticket. Please limit the number of accompanying adults to 2 per family.

  • This year, all Santa sessions will feature a festive, Christmas-themed backdrop and photo-ready scene for you and your family to enjoy!

    We will not have a professional photographer this year, but you are welcome to take as many photos as you’d like using your own phone or camera. We’ll have a tripod available for your use, or one of our Piney Town staff members will be happy to help take photos on your device so the whole family can get in the picture!

    Rest assured, santa’s corner will still be merry, magical, and ready for all those special Christmas memories!
