The memberships are offered as a tiered model with the goal of providing something for everyone! The Basic will be sufficient for most and is a $70 dollar value if you were to pay the full ticket price per visit- you will break even on your third visit each month! The VIP offers the most bang for your buck if you A) Enjoy coffee, lattes, etc. B) Plan to participate in our ever-expanding calendar of ticketed events C) Plan to book your child's birthday party with us.

All memberships are billed monthly and will auto-renew. Each membership is valid for 1 child. Memberships for additional children in the same household may be purchased. Click below to see the pricing for additional children. Basic and premium may be cancelled at any time by email. VIP requires a minimum three month commitment. Memberships are prepaid and will not be prorated upon cancellation.

Membership FAQ:

When can I use my membership? During any of our normal open play times. You must make a reservation- 5 additional slots above and beyond what the public sees will be available for members at any given time.
How do I use the member friend pass? You may redeem your member friend pass similarly to how you book your member reservation. The booking will be under the product name "**Member Friend Pass". The premium will allow 2 friend passes per month and the VIP will allow 4 friend passes per month. The member must be present with the friend pass to redeem. 
Why are you no longer offering annual passes? We are going through changes! As we grow, we want to ensure that you retain the ability to leave your membership at any time.
Is the membership per child or per household? All memberships are per child. Multiple child discounts are offered. See here for all the pricing. 
Can I apply VIP discounts retroactively to a birthday? It depends! If you have one scheduled with us and are interested in the VIP membership, shoot us an email.
How does the coffee pass work? One free coffee any type, any size each day you visit. Or, a $2.50 cafe credit good toward any other drink item.

Is there a minimum commitment? The VIP will require a minimum 3-month commitment due to the discounts offered.
Will you change anything to keep the experience fun for my child? We are constantly adding new items, providing holiday giveaways, rotating our free crafts, and actively developing ideas for new ways to play (treasure hunts, mail delivery routes).
