  • How can I make a reservation?

You can book your reservation here!  Please make sure you reserve a spot for EVERY CHILD BETWEEN THE AGES OF 1-12 who is in your family. YOU WILL NEED TO ENTER THE NAME, BIRTH DATE, AND GENDER OF EACH CHILD IN ORDER TO RESERVE THEIR SPOT.

Field Trips and group rates are available. Email us at moc.nwotyenip%40ofni for more information

  • Do I have to have a reservation in order to play?

Reservations are highly encouraged and walk-ins will be accepted as time and capacity allow only. There are various time slots for your choosing! Be sure to look at both the Monday-Friday slots as well as the Saturday and Sunday slots as we have different times for each!

  • If I already have a membership, do I need to make a reservation?

Yes, you will reserve online. Details will be in your welcome packet!

  • Do my kids and I need to wear a mask?

We follow state guidelines, see NC state guidelines. We encourage following the CDC guidelines for masks.

  • What health precautions are you taking?

We have established more strict cleaning and sanitizing measures on top of our regular procedures to ensure that all toys and surfaces get disinfected and cleaned throughout the day!

  • Is food allowed?

Due to allergy concerns, we do not allow outside food to be brought into The Playhouse. For liquids, please bring them in a cup with a closed lid.

  • Do I need to sign a form in order to bring my kids?

Yes, all that will be attending will need a waiver (including adults!) Please fill out the permission waiver here!

  • Will my ___ year old child enjoy the space?

We cater to children ages 0-7 with our play setting but have had older children enjoy our space. We ask that parents ensure children 7+ are playing safely with the smaller children and we reserve the right to ask anyone to leave due to destructive or unsafe behavior.

  • Do you offer discounts? What if I have a group?

Our pricing is competitive with similar area offerings. If you are looking for a better deal, please consider weekdays where you receive a longer play session than weekends for the same price, our membership options, or attend with a group of 15+. For large group discounts, please contact moc.nwotyenip%40ofni

  • Can I try out your space before deciding on a membership or party?

In this case, we will take payment for your reserved play session and apply a discount to the membership or party booking if you make this election within 48 hours of your visit. Contact moc.nwotyenip%40ofni to apply this promotion.

  • Will it be crowded? What is your capacity?

We do cap our attendance at 30 children which is busy, but not crowded. We typically only hit this mark on holidays and rainy weekends and you can always check how many tickets have been sold when booking your reservation. For sensory-sensitive children, our space has several nooks to separate from the crowd and we are further developing our space to accommodate this need. Please contact us for info on private sessions, moc.nwotyenip%40ofni

  • Why do I need a reservation?

Reservations enable us to cap attendance and ensure you have the best interaction with our space. Others attempt to cram as many visitors in their space as possible, we limit capacity to make sure you always have a great experience.

  • Do you ever have ___ event in your space?

Please see our event page for our planned character visits, educational experiences, camps, and more! If you would like to request or give an idea for an event offering, contact us at moc.nwotyenip%40ofni
